Our menu at Dear Irving Gramercy is curated by seasoned Bar Director Meaghan Dorman and offers a selection of seasonal additions (Fresh Ink), Time Honored cocktails as well as sipping spirits and a small assortment of beer & wine.

Join us as we introduce you to the craft of bartending.
During our 90 min class a Master Bartender of our award winning cocktail bars Raines Law Room and Dear Irving will teach you how to replicate some of our favorite house and classic recipes.
All cocktail classes are held on Sundays at our Gramercy location (55 Irving Place)
from 1PM until 2.30PM
